Bolideck decking systems

Introduction

Bolideck 525 is a series of 2 to 4 mm thick, slightly elastic and sound-attenuating decking systems, based on two component solvent-free and low-odour resins. During formulation a rich mixture of the most stable low-viscous resins were used to promote flow-properties. The series, which consists of 15 systems, has a uniform appearance and is available in several gloss levels. Extensive mechanical strength and resistance to chemicals are common features. The impedance and body voltage of the ‘Stato’ versions in this series are regulable.The Bolideck 525-series is available in 70 Bolidt Colour Manager unicolour shades. As for the ‘Deco’ versions, more attention is given to appearance by a variety of coloured Bolidtop Decoflakes and strewing materials.

Introduction

Bolideck 700 is a series of 5 mm thick seamless decking systems, based on three component epoxy resins. During formulation noncrystallizing resins and a matrix of inert fillers were used. The series, which consists of 30 different systems, has a terrazzo appearance and excels in mechanical values. The resistance to chemicals is influenced by the finishing coat. The electrical resistance can be regulated. The Bolideck 700-series is available in the 21 Bolidt Color Manager terrazzo colours.

Bolideck Select is a series of seamless, flexible deck finishing systems, composed of three component thermosetting synthetic resins. During formulation of these 10 to15 mm thick systems, resins of high molecular value and a matrix of various elastic aggregates were used. The viscosity and drying time have been adjusted so that the material behaves extremely well on steel decks. The series, which consists of 20 different systems, excels in sound attenuation and UV resistance. All systems have an adjustable hardness and first-rate antiskid characteristics in dry and wet conditions. The Bolideck Select-series comes in many forms.
