Bolidt & The Bijlmer comprehensive school

The floor as a reflection of the vision of the Bijlmer comprehensive school in Amsterdam.
OSB's vision is to be a secondary school for students and with students. There is attention to socialization and personal development. OSB stands for Connection, Openness, and Challenge, and this message is translated into the floor. The floor connects through its striking color and the pattern that literally brings together the different locations within the school. It makes the building open and the spaces brighter and more attractive. The playful lines stimulate and challenge the students to develop themselves as individuals.
To visualize such creative ideas in a floor, it is important that we, Bolidt, sit down with the clients at an early stage to share our expertise. By working closely together, we can create an environment that is not only functional and aesthetic but also contributes directly to the educational vision and the well-being of the students. We were therefore delighted that ICSadviseurs involved us in the sketch design phase.
